2. Products & Services
- CPP specializes in custom-printed food-service papers and packaging products.
- Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for reference only. Actual colors, finishes, or designs may vary due to production methods.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue products or services at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without prior notice.
- Full payment must be received prior to production unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and order details. CPP is not liable for delays or errors caused by inaccurate information.
4. Custom Artwork & Printing
- Customers warrant that they own or have the legal right to use all designs, logos, and artwork submitted for custom printing.
- CPP is not responsible for verifying copyright or trademark ownership of submitted artwork.
- Once proofs are approved, the customer assumes full responsibility for any errors, including spelling, color, or layout. CPP is not liable for approved artwork errors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- CPP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, labor disputes, or other events outside of our control.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer when products are delivered to the carrier.
6. Returns & Cancellations
- Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects attributable to CPP.
- Claims for defects or errors must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of receipt of goods.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or Website.
- CPP’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the order giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
- All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and images, is the property of CPP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- Use, reproduction, or distribution of Website content without written consent from CPP is strictly prohibited.
